ENABLED
Panera Bread

Panera Enabled is an initiative committed to fostering inclusivity and promoting the unique strengths of individuals with disabilities within the Panera community. As a valued client, we collaborated with Panera to foster a culture that emphasizes education, awareness, and acceptance of disabilities in the professional environment.

Through our interrogations of their intent, we implemented designs to raise employees' awareness of the various abilities individuals with disabilities bring to the workplace. Our efforts focused on applications for training sessions, workshops, and resource materials, creating a design that highlighted the value of diversity and fostered an inclusive atmosphere.

We recognized the significant impact that such initiatives could have, not just on individuals with disabilities but on the entire organization. The goal was to cultivate a workplace where everyone can thrive, breaking down barriers and eliminating misconceptions. By engaging with Panera's executive team, we aimed to foster understanding and acceptance, ensuring everyone felt seen and valued for their contributions.

Panera Enabled also focused on measuring the techniques used to interrogate a design concept and on highlighting the reinforcement of the message that diversity drives innovation and enhances team performance. Together, we worked to create an iconography that embodies how Panera enables others to excel in their roles.

ENABLED reflects Panera's commitment to creating a positive and accepting work culture, where everyone can succeed regardless of their circumstances. Through our collaboration, we not only helped to enhance the story of diversity through the visual exaltation of abilities but also leveraged the imagery as a way forward in a more inclusive future.
