The AR Experience features characterizations of the painted girls in a digitally immersive experience, all created by Ziui Chen Vance.

Combining sculpture and painting, the digital maquettes make use of 3D modeling software. In preparation, mock-up maquettes were created for testing the UV mapping across multiple software and for determining the visual accessibility of the characters clothing combination in preparation for their translation into an augmented reality (AR) experience.

Additional locations of the digital maquettes on-site at the airport were tested to determine scale, proximity factors, and characteristics of the digital encounter.
